Recipe of Any-night-of-the-week Lasagna

  16. 2 tablespoons of parsley
  17. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Lasagna Preparation Instructions

  1. Cook the meat and drain the water; Add the rest of the sauce ingredients. Cook until the sauce thickens (45 minutes to 1 hour).
  2. Cook the noodles and drain the water. (I've skipped it several times and it's still just as good.)
  3. Mix the ingredients for the cheese mixture in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour sauce into bottom of 9x13 baking dish; Substitute noodles, sauce and cheese mixture. Pour some sauce over the noodles. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
  6. Optionally, you can add a layer of Velveta cheese. This is a great recipe that can be made ahead and frozen. When ready, thaw, cover with foil, bake for 30 minutes, then cover and bake until cheese is hot and melted.
