Steps to make to make Paneer Kofta in Pistachio Gravy

  1. Soak pistachio in hot water for 1/2 hr. Peel choponion in a cubes and boil. 8-10min. Strain water. Allow it to cool.
  2. For Kofta :-Grate paneer and mash with fingers add arra lot grated beetroot salt cinemon powder white pepper powder and kiss miss. Mix it well. And coat with dry arra lot. And fry on a mid. Slow flame.
  3. For Curry:-
    Take a coriander and onion in a mixie jar.
    Add Pistachio ginger chilli and churn again. Add 1/4Cup water and make a smooth paste.
  4. Heat oil ghee in a pan. Saute bay leaf cardamom cinemon pepper cloves. Now add green puree mix it well. Add salt kasuri methi kiss miss white pepper powder and milk. Saute. Now add cream. Mix it well on slow flame.
    Lastly add 1/2cup water. Cook for 5-7min. On slow flame.
  5. Take a pistachio Curry in a serving plate. Arrange Paneer Kofta and garnish with silver Varkh cream and pistachio chips. Delicious Paneer Kofta in pistachio greavy is ready to serve. Serve with Saffron rice.
