Instructions to make to make Veg. Kadhai
- Cut all veggies. Blanch potato cauliflower.
- Heat ghee and oil in a kadhai. Add cardamom bay leaf cashew nuts, raisins paneer saute and take out in a plate. Chopped onion grated ginger, salt saute properly. Now add potato cauliflower chopped carrot turmeric powder red chilli powder. Kasuri methi ready Makhanwala masala and 1/2cup water. Cover and cook on a slow flame for 2-3 mins.
- Now add chopped beet root tomato and plum mix well. Lastly add curd chopped mint and sugar. Add paneer pieces cashew nuts and raisins. Cook for 5 mins.
