  16. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  17. 80 g butter, diced
  18. 80g flour
  19. basil leaves for serving

Instructions for cooking pork lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. For the meat sauce, heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and sear the pork belly in batches until caramelized. take the form of something.

  9. To assemble the lasagna, combine a 12-cup rectangular pan. Pour a little meat sauce on the bottom of the plate, cover with a layer of puff pastry, roll out if necessary.
  10. Add one third of the remaining meat sauce and one third of the béchamel sauce. Repeat layers twice and finish with béchamel sauce. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
  11. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the noodles are done. Leave for 15 minutes before serving.
  12. Serve lasagna with fresh basil.
