Simple instructions for meatless lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. In a large bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 cup shredded cheese until smooth.
