- Cook in a pot with Italian salad dressing or fresh basil and oregano. Add a few cloves of garlic if you like. Cook until pink.
- Pour the oil and place the hamburger in a bowl. Stir in the tomato relish. Don't let it flow. You want this thickness. If it is mixed and thin or runny, add tomato paste to thicken. Add more seasoning if needed.

- If using mushrooms and onions, cut the mushrooms into pieces and chop the onion
- Toss the onions and mushrooms with oil and a little garlic or Italian seasoning. You can add both. Do not overcook, add the mushrooms, cook for about 10 minutes first, then add the onions. Cook until clear. If you like it raw, you can skip the onion frying. Don't forget to prepare soon!
- Pour the onion and mushroom mixture into a bowl. If there is too much butter, turn it off

- To prepare the noodles, start boiling water in a pot. When we do this, we are doing many things at once. Do not add the whole box.
- Ready noodles. Place them in cold water to prevent them from sticking.
- In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta with eggs and parmesan. You want this kind of thickness, not runny
- Wash the spinach with water. Taste and put in a bowl

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees

- Take a pot. Add a little stock to cover the bottom. They don't want the noodles to stick to the bottom or burn

- Bottom line: I'll start with the noodles first. The burger mix below. Mix the mask. It consists of onions and mushrooms. Mozzarella cheese with spinach. Repeat until your plate is completely full.
