- 1 teaspoon jeera
- 1/2 bowl Florets of cauliflower
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- 2 Sliced tomatoes
- 2 Sliced onions
- 1 Tej patta
- 2 Laung
- 1/2 tsp Kali mirch
- 1/2 cup Soaked cashew nuts, almonds, kishmish
- 2 teaspoon biryani masala
- 2 tbsp Chopped green coriander leaves
Instructions to make to make Vegetable Biryani
- Take water in vessel and let it boil, as water starts boiling add soaked rice by removing water and let it cook
- Sieve water and put rice in the plate
- Take kadai add little butter and ghee
- Put jeera, chopped onion and saute till golden brown
- Add all the chopped vegetables(potatoes, capsicum, carrot, peas) dry fruits mix well
- Add all masala and mix well cover it and let it cook till it becomes soft
- Add biryani masala, lemon juice and grated beet root.Mix well
- Add cooked rice and mix well
- Garnish with green coriander leaves, grapes and tomatoes
- Biryani is ready to serve with raita
